Fighting for universal health care
Nancy Skinner is a strong supporter of universal single-payer health care.
It is a travesty that we pay far more per capita on health care than any other country in the world, and yet nearly one-seventh of all Californians goes without any health insurance.
Nancy believes we must cut wasteful administration and excess profits out of the system. We can start by allowing more people to but into Medical and expanding eligibility for Healthy Families.
